Hi Rick, welcome back. I think we all get too ambitious in trimming occasionally. We learn from our mistakes and move on. Importantly, once a longhair always a longhair!

: Hello old friends... My name is rick. I used to post a long long time ago in this board (~2006) when I was first attempting to grow out my hair.. I still remember my "eye level update" and all the subsequent updates in which I always received kind and encouraging words.
: I started growing out my hair when I turned 19, I am now 31 and still have it, though I have trimmed it along the years.. last time I almost put myself back in the awkward stage!
: Lots of things good and bad have happened along the years, and I'd love to be able to comment on them in this forum once again..
: I'm including my picture from about 4 years back which is about the longest I ever had before going for a 6 inch trim. I really miss it, to tell you the truth.. but I'm growing it back.
