: : As you know, I am looking for something to help promote further hair growth. I have fine hair with a little wave. Would you recommend that I use the chamomile tea for a hair rinse?

: I would recommend chamomile tea for a hair rinse. I've been using that mixed with stinging nettle tea for about half the week and the rest of the days is either cleaning with apple cider vinegar/baking soda (not much baking soda since that pushes up the pH over 7...ACV is already at 5 which is good) or just the green tea rinse. Something somebody else pointed out to me was that my hair looks darker to them. Being I have a lot of grays in my light brown hair that's OK. However, if these do color the hair some it may not be desirable to some...especially if u color your hair already.

Marty,

I do not color my hair. It is white.

Thanks for sharing this information.

Raymond
