: : : Hi Ted. 8 years? Well you got time... as it took me approx 7 - 7 1/2 years to reach that length. I've been blessed with lots of hair...however very fine hair. So if yours is thicker, your mane will look better than mine!!

: : Well, if my health holds out I will have time. I'm still waiting for a kidney transplant. I just was released from the hospital couple weeks ago with a serious staph infection. I had to have 4 weeks of IV antibiotics. But God willing I can achieve my goal. I plan to grow my hair to belt length and donate some. But I still want to have long hair after the donation. And my hair is much thinner than yours unfortunately!

Thanks so much! You are right about health! As long as my hair continues to grow I will be happy! I just wish it would get past my shoulders where it will hang better instead of bunching up! And you please take good care!
