: : I thought I'd give u guys some good news. For almost 2 weeks now I've been moisturizing my hair a lot with leave in conditioner, coconut oil (I just leave it in for an hour and then wash it out...it's called a pre-poo for the scalp so the shampoo cleans mostly the scalp-don't lather the shampoo through your hair and just gently massage into the scalp), and regular wash out conditioner. The result almost immediately was a lot less noticeable long hairs in my hair brush and in the shower. My hair is really thin/fine but I should be able to get a couple more inches with just moisturizing but I'm also just starting the hair supplements to see if I can make the new hair strands thicker.

: Hey Marty!

: Congrats, bro!

: What is the moisturizer you are using?
: What is the routine you follow?

: Your long haired bro,

U got me thinking back to the past-2004 jojoba oil was recommended on this forum and I got some and liked it. From what I remember, there wasn't much of a smell but people were saying it's close to the body's natural sebum oil. I just got some more from Amazon-about $10 for a 4 oz size with a spray applicator.

Marty
