You could be terminal, OR... you are deficient in something in your diet that is resulting in slow growth. Or you are experiencing breakage on the ends, that could be a result of a nutritional deficiency. Do you take MSM supplements? Are you getting enough B vitamins? I do know that MSM is beneficial for hair, skin, nails and joints. It promotes collagen production. You could try taking 1000 mg of MSM daily (You can buy it in a capsule, or a loose powder you can add to water).
Adding a B-complex might help. If you aren't a big eater of whole grains, you might want to at least add Biotin, which is one of the B vitamins. The MSM might let you grow a few more inches. It's worth a try, and fairly inexpensive.
If you aren't seeing any difference after a year of MSM and either B-complex or Biotin, then you probably reached terminal.
