: If you tend to toss & turn a lot, you risk tangles & knots. You can: tail it, braid it, or roll/fold it up & secure it to your head with a big fastener (a basic large barrette would work). If you pretty much stay in one position, you can probably leave it loose. It's personal preference, so do what works for you.
