I've always been concerned about balding. My dad who is 67 years old is balding similar to Jean Luc Picard from Star Trek, except with a bit more hair around the sides.
Currently, 36 year old asian guy, and have been growing it out for 3 years. The hair color has a mix of black, brown, gray, with a hint of white. Perhaps, a bit of vitamins and practicing the NoFaps.
I wonder if NoFaps helps?
Since I've been doing it since I was 12 years old.
