Thanks for the compliment. I've been growing from a very short buzz since 2002 - so this is about 15 years of growth. I do get the ends trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks and there was a health issue a few years back where I was losing quite a lot of hair. I am still getting some length and do take Biotin daily - not sure if it contributes to growth. My current goal is knee length - and BTW, I'm in my early 60's.
