Fantastic progress, and looking great!
I think you have long way to terminal. At 3 years, I thought I was shedding so much of the longer hairs, that I assumed I couldn't grow much longer hair. Today, at 10 years (or is 11?), my hair is butt length. So be patient and you will be rewarded

: I have been "away" for a long time, but not to the barber shop! Here's my three-year update almost day for day since my last hair-butchering (September 2013).
: Growth seems slower with the length, but I am just taking it as it goes. I'll be at terminal length any time between now and two years from now. We'll see.
