I've been using Biotin for quite a while, too - and I rarely see hair in my comb, in the shower or anywhere - it seems to really make the roots stronger. I also have seen new growth on the top of my head where my hair is thin. So, I hope you will soon see some new sprouts up there, too. It's exciting to know something works.
I have also seen new growth on top. I have a fair amount of new growth about 2-3 inches long
