Congratulations on the updated avatar pic... it looks great and it is great to see it - you have "arrived" man! Every day with the hair it seems to get better and now for you that awkward stage is distant memory.
I'm sorry to hear of your health struggles and need for a transplant. I know this must be a great worry and struggle for you.
My thoughts are with you - I will say a prayer for you.
