Some people - even some long hair enthusiasts - think ankle length hair, especially on a guy, is too much. I, however, think that as long as your hair is growing, let it grow, no matter how long it gets. Off hand, I can think of several guys with beautiful ankle length hair: Hairfreaky, Danny Cecati, and Damian Marley. Here's an Israeli backpacker with ankle length dreadlocks shopping at a store in Chabad Thailand a few years ago. The photo's a bit fuzzy, but his long hair shines through in all its glory.
