Hi Jann, I blow dry my hair when air drying is not possible due to humidity or cold. I use this rig for hands free drying and only on low setting. This will stop the bushy problem. (In the past, I dried it upside down, which makes hair more bushy.)
Perhaps a moisturizing conditioner will help with the electrical charges in your hair. Moisture will short out high voltage electrical charges.
