my hair always looks best when I get out of the shower, the weight of the water keeps it hanging nicely and tight to the head, whereas my hair tends to be curly and out of control
those Conan pics and also some famous wrestlers like HHH come to mind with the "wet look" ...
it looks great but I'm not so sure about it for going out in public, people tend to comment that "you just took a shower" etc...
and I haven't found any gel type products that give a good look without looking dirty and greasy... honestly the best look is dousing with water continually, but like I said it has a bit of a silly factor to it when out and about on a dry day
